  • The Waitrose.com website serves over 1 million users per month with rich content, multiple online shopping experiences, and with over 56000 customers subscribed to the Waitrose ISP service
Solution
  • Neue Media's wanted to retain the characteristics of the main Waitrose.com website but allow some of the personality of Mark Price to shine through
  • The flexibility has allowed Mark the freedom to create entries in a 'blog' style format and offer Waitrose customers a clean and clear page structure that allows them quick access to summarised content and functionality to respond to Mark's comment
